By accessing or using the ASC Performance Members Site (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The ASC Performance Members Site provides:

Educational content related to strength training and fitness

Business and marketing educational materials

Community access and interaction

Technique review services

Nutritional and supplementation information for educational purposes

3. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is billed month-to-month or annually, based on your selection

Pricing is locked at your initial rate as long as membership remains active

Cancellation results in the loss of founding/locked rates and these cannot be reinstated

ASC Performance reserves the right to modify pricing or membership structure with prior notice

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login details

Not share, reproduce, or distribute member-only content

Engage respectfully with other community members

Submit only content (e.g., videos, posts) that you own or have permission to use

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before implementing any training or nutrition advice

Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Not post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through the Service remains the property of ASC Performance and Adam Sawyers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, sell, or publicly distribute any content from the Service

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
